About Heti Mocsok and its author: All of the articles, photos and illustrations on the Heti Mocsok website were created by me, the author. If, in the future, I decide to invite co-authors, I will, of course, let you know. I am a photojournalist and journalist by profession, but for financial reasons I steped away from the field. This site serves as my creative space. I don’t follow fashion trends, so you won’t find any daily posts or updates here. The point is to preserve my natural creative process and balance my time spent earning money.
I’ve been creating my entire life, and that seems to be the trend to stay. I don’t use artificial intelligence to create – let me repeat, I like to create. If I see something worth commenting on, weather good or bad, I will write about it. If I take a photo worth sharing, I will share it. I strive to keep up with cultural events, and you’ll also find book recommendations here.
The exception is the posts under the “Idézetek” menu, where you can find content, quotes from books I’ve read. I didn’t write them. Their purpose is to make you think, perhaps encourage you to read – though not necessarily cute or wise content. And yes, those contents are bilingual, since mostly I read on English and I do not translate them to any of the language I sway.
The site should be seen as a living tissue, an entity that evolves with me. I’m also planning a facelift in early 2025.
